Global Publisher located in Midtown seeks a Customer Service Administrative Assistant for an immediate temp to perm position.
The Customer Service Admin will be responsible for providing support and follow up to Regional Managers, Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers as it relates to pre-sale and post sale processing customer related requests.
Required Skills:
-Proficient in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel
-Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
-Minimum 2 years Customer/Client Service (Business to Business) experience required
-Bachelor`s Degree required
Perm Salary for position is between 35K-38K.
Compensation: $17 per hour
